Besides, we also have a public Clean room in our campus, the equipment in the clean room includes:

Thermal evaperator, Mask aligner, Spin coater, SEM, AFM, Nanomanipulator ,Probe Station, and XeF2 Etcher.

Lab Space and Equipment

The Avtive Nanomaterials and Divices Laboratory (Room E00C) is affiliated to the Micro Device Laboratory of the Design and Manufacturing Institute. It spans an area of 500 square feet and is equipped with:

Fume Hood,

Electrospinning set-up,

Spinning coater,

Electroplating,

Ovens, Furnace,

Hotplates, Refrigerator,

Optical table,

Function Generator,

Oscillator,

Amplifer, Power Sources,

Computers and Labview Data I/O system
